If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have
purchased from J28 Design Inc., call 1-888-497-8388 within 30 days of the
purchase date. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA#). Simply write the RMA# on the box outside of the
package and include a copy of the packing slip (if available) and
send it back to us.
